NUDISMO
IN SPAIN
As
everything is not going to be work, studies, cities, buses and meters, we will
talk on a subject which to certain people or in certain places it can make
them to blush (I believe that but by the culture of the surroundings that by
the fact in if), is the Naturismo and the Nudismo (That although very are
related are not the same).
The
Naturismo is a "form to live in harmony with the nature, characterized by
practices it of the naked one in common, with the purpose of favoring the
respect to one same one to the others and the environment" according to
the FNI.
This his
virtual friend is of the opinion that everything what it does not cause damage
one same one nor to others can be done, be practiced or be lived, is not due
to criticize, to censure or to control, the one that the others do not have
the same
philosophy
of life,
he must of being and he must be of most respectable
the one than a person
freely decides to be nonnaturista, as therefore she also has it to be for all
and all those that we have solved to be naturistas-nudists.
The Nature
Renews, station after station, month to month, day to day, hour to
hour, because equal it happens or it is considered that it must take place
with our ideas, archetypes, our judgments and labels.
In
this like in many other aspects of our lives, "we have been taught" to be
unfortunate. Of children they taught to us to lie (or to shut up the TRUTH),
to be "somebody" in the life, etc. etc., and in addition they imposed us but
or less subtly "its moral", which is well and what this badly (of course from
its mirrors often distorted), then in all referring with the body and the
sexuality, mainly in our countries, in our catholic surroundings, was arrived
par excellence to the unnatural thing.
Historically
if we stop a little while to think we can deduce that:
The children
are not shamed to be naked, but that is the society or certain societies that
make him be shamed.
That
"the less civilized" but but much natural societies, do not feel but the

sex, caused to me just a little bit of "emptiness" in the stomach, and the
single one to think to remain naked before a group of people of both sexes ..

are feelings, emotions, thoughts, enough good and liberating since it is seen
or better one like a whole feels, without having (or believing to have)
shamefaced parts. I could be seen and it is possible to be seen other so and
as they are without transformations, without lies, dissimulations nor deceits
and is a feeling very to consider, that when disappearing the clothes that "to
pretend" that "ostentation", that to measure to the others according to the
clothes that take, which in many cases mainly in young people takes to that it
raises (that world-wide plague) to call anxiety to them and lowers his
self-esteem or what is equal to feel or less inferior to the young persons
with greater economic resources, is that the naturismo can make us learn much
(and in special to those that we are a little rebellious to
that it handles the commercial and social system to us).
Also a sensation of immense freedom
is experienced when the marine breeze, the sun, the water caresses to
him until the last small space of their body, its naked skin, and like the
interrelation between body, mind, affection and emotions are of all known, the
freedom sensation as a whole is huge. Of blow disappear in the act the
imaginations not to say malicious, the prejudices, the uncertainties, of which

convinced that he is not nothing bad, perverse, pervert, but all the opposite,
is something natural, reasonable, simple, because if he is not thus, better
than nor he/she tries it.
HIS
VIRTUAL and REAL FRIEND can say to him that the moment for taking off the
bathing suit or the bikini, costs little even being mentalizado of the
previous thing, but it goes quickly and he is preferable to directly do it in
one of the very many naturist beaches that there are in Spain, that not in a
mixed beach, is to say, beach with nudist and nonnudist people. Also he is
preferable that the first time is in a beach and not in one of the bucólicos
and idyllic rivers or lakes.

coast which it has but the extraordinary climate (mainly with respect to

as Rivers, Lakes, Forests and Valleys, other sites where to be accustomed or
to enjoy the Naturismo it can be the camping, hotels and swimming pools:

Although it is not
obligatory if he is advisable to belong to a Naturista Association since with
the membership card of the FNI (Federación Naturista Internacional), it can
accede to all the naturistas facilities without problems, also are important
discounts for the associate. If it likes people in general and to share, to
talk, to engage in a dialog, etc., with very similar people with sentires,
can, if it is that therefore it decides it, to go surely to one of these
Naturista Associations that will take care of to him very well.
I hope
at least that it has OBJECTIVE and REAL information of which it consists the
Naturismo - Nudismo, and that to a certain extent serves to eliminate false
beliefs generally very deformed on this
philosophy of life
